4. Line to Sewer

   1. Septic tank has got to be almost at capacity. A couple of years ago, we got a bid of $3,000 get the line to hook up to the sewer system

5. Fix tap in front of house

   1. If we get a plumber up here, might as well fix that tap in front of house

6. Roof

   1. Put new cover on cooler

   2. replace metal edging (above side door)

      1. The part is behind shed now

7. Plant big blue spruce trees/pinetrees

   1. Ordered and delivered Sept. 1

      1. Plant them! Get nice border going to block the hideous house above us

8. Restore benches (North of house)

   1. Replace Boards

      1. Use the ones Danny brought up in 2002

   2. Paint Boards

9. Repair Railroad Tie Stairs

   1. Buy new tie for stairs going to top area

   2. Stakes pounded in to steady 'em

10. Replace Light (by South door)

    1. Buy new light

    2. Install it

11. Replace Broken Window (downstairs)

    1. Remove it

    2. Take to glass repair shop (SLC)

    3. Bring back to BL and install it

12. Fix or Replace Screens

    1. take down to measure?

       1. buy screen material & attach?

    2. Buy new screens?

13. Clean Windows (inside and out)

    1. Make sure double windows on both sides are cleaned

14. Inside House

    1. Replace Drapes in Living Room and downstairs

    2. Go through junk in upstairs closet and above washer/dryer

    3. check for mold--hire professional or ask Gary

    4. Stereo in living room doesn't power up. Replace or fix? (she loves her old albums....)
