3. Mentoree

   1. Search mentors by selecting attributes

   2. Save one or multiple results in a 'Short List' for final choice

   3. Choose up to two potential mentors

1. Security

   1. Mentor Secure Access

      Can only edit their own profile.

   2. Admin access

      Can Approve/Return profiles, but not edit. Can update mentor availability. Can assign Mentor/Mentoree relationship

   3. Mentoree access

      Can view, search, select and submit.

2. Verification

   1. Mentor has availability (max 2 mentorees?)

   2. Only two preferences are permitted for submission

   3. Mentor cannot be direct line management

   4. Mentor must be in another team (?)
