Q: Do you provide enterprise/group subscription?

XMind offers multiple plans for enterprise/organiztions with different scale. Please see more details at the XMind for Business.

Q: Do you provide subscriptions for big companies?

Yes, we do. For big companies with hundreds, even thousands of users. XMind Ltd prepares two options.

• Unlimited License This is a special subscription code with a fixed expiration date. One unlimited license can let all people in a company use XMind Pro.
• XMind VLE This is a special version for big company. XMind VLE version need no internet access, and is easy to deployment.

Q: What payment methods are available for purchasing an XMind Pro Subscription?

We are using Paypal and SWReg as payment methods. They both accept many payment options, including credit cards, checks and wire transfer. Subscribe now!

Q: Can I run multiply instances of XMind Pro

Yes, you can run multiple instances of XMind Pro on Windows, Linux, Mac and Eclipse, even remote usage. You should NOT share your XMind Account with anyone else. XMind reserves the right to terminate the XMind Pro subscription for that XMind Account if we discover more than one person is using the same XMind Account without unlimited usage licensing.

Q: Do I need individual subscriptions for each platform each version?

No. Once your XMind Account has been activated by the subscription code, you can use this account to access XMind Pro anywhere you are.

Q: How do I renew my subscription?

You should purchase an XMind Pro subscription code and use it to renew your XMind Account.

Q: How do I cancel my plan?

Sorry, once you subscribe to XMind Pro, we don't prove cancellation refunds at present.

Q: Does renewing change my expiration date?

When you renew your subscription, your subscription is extended from your previous ending date. (unless your subscription has already expired, in which case it's the date you renewed from.) So if you were to renew your subscription a month in advance of your expiration date, your subscription would end in 13 months (1 month early + 12 newly subscribed months).

Q: I lost my subscription code, now what?

Please send us an email including your name, purchase date and invoice number to find your Code back.

Q: Is my subscription code transferable?

Yes, you can transfer the subscription code as long as it has not been used to renew any a XMind Account. Then you can simply send the subscription code to your family, friends or others. They can use it with their XMind ID. Once a subscription code is used, it will be useless.

Q: Is subscription renewed automatically?

No. XMind will not charge you or your credit card automatically when it comes time to renew XMind Pro. All what we will do is to send you an email reminder, and you can choose to purchase a new subscription code to renew your account or not.

Q: What happens when my subscription expires?

You will receive email notices from XMind twice before the expiration date, notifying you of the expiration. After the expiration date, you will no longer be able to use the XMind Pro software or services linked with the subscription. Your private maps on xmind.net will no longer be viewable or downloadable, and will be deleted from XMind server one month after the expiration date has passed, if you choose not to renew your XMind Pro subscription before then.
