What is special in the XMind for Enterprise plans?
XMind for Business offers the special Subscription code. From now on, one company only needs to buy one subscription code for all users. This is not a special software version.
If I choose Plan B, how many subscription codes will we get?
No matter which Plan, there will be only one Subscription Code. This code can be used to renew multiple XMind accounts, and benefit more users. Of course, the amount should not be beyond plan limitation. As for Plan B, this subscription code will benefit 20 users at most.
How to use this Subscription Code?
There are 3 steps only.
- Sign into your XMind account
- Click "Renew", Paste Code into the field, and Click "Activate" button
- Launch XMind and sign in
Will this code be invalid? If yes, when will it be?
What these plans offer are the subscription codes as well. Usually, it will be invalid one year after your payment date.
I have puchased the normal XMind Pro Subscription code, can I use it with XMind for Business subscription code together?
At present, there are two types of XMind Pro Subscription code, XMind Pro for Individual and XMind Pro for Business(group license). If an xmind account has been renewed by one type code, you can not renew this account again with another type code.
Can we co-edit the mind map online with team members by using this kind subscription code?
Very sorry. XMind currently does not support online-editing feature. At present, we recommend users upload map as Unlisted or Private maps, and share the map link with others. And we'll consider about improve the online collaboration features too.
