TaskInfo
In XMind Pro, you can add more detailed information to a topic in the TaskInfo View. For project tasks, you can add a start date, end date, priority, and other information. Here's how:
- Select a topic.
- OpenTaskInfo View.
- You can see the following information in the view and adjust key task elements accordingly:
- Name: The title of the selected topic;
- StartDate and EndDate: Select the proper date for this task;
- Progress: Move the slide to ajust task progress;
- Priority: Select proper level for this task in the drop-down list;
- Check Point: Check this box will remove the EndDate for this task from Gantt View and treat the StartDate as a check point.
Note: All of the topic's taskinfo will be shown synchronously in Gantt View too.
