I’m trying to download the DMG version for Mac, but I receive a 403 Forbidden error when the download starts.
Your download is broken … I get a 403 Forbidden error. Should be checked …

After download and install, I cannot run Xmind. I am a registered Pro user. The error message:
The Xmind executable launcher was unable to locate its companion library.
I need it for my work. Please help!
@lui S, hi, very sorry to hear this. could take a try to re-install XMind? or use the portable version, which is a pure green version without installment.
Would you consider letting the user choose the language of the interface in preferences ? Particularly since the french interface has many errors. Thanks for your consideration.
New version of XMind for for Mac, very slow file opening, keeps hanging up when using help|about menu, also freezes up when trying to sign in for pro version. Also tried portable version–similar problems, also won’t open files.
Now can’t open, close files, or quit program. I have to use “force quit” function.
